Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of the FlyTaq platform, website, mobile applications and concierge services. Please read them carefully — by using FlyTaq you accept them in full.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the FlyTaq platform, creating an account, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any booking-specific confirmation you sign.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use following any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and FLYTAQ Company, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7053035098 and headquartered in Riyadh.
Eligibility
To use FlyTaq you must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If you are booking on behalf of a company, trust, government entity or other legal person, you warrant that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these terms and to the relevant booking.
FlyTaq may, at its sole discretion, refuse service, suspend access or terminate an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not met or that continued service would breach applicable law, sanctions, or the policies of our operator partners.
Account creation and credentials
Certain features of the platform require you to register for a FlyTaq account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials associated with your account. You must notify FlyTaq immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise at security@flytaq.com.
FlyTaq is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials, though we will act promptly and in good faith to assist you in containing any incident.
Nature of the FlyTaq service
FlyTaq operates a curated marketplace that connects private-jet owners with charterers and passengers. FlyTaq itself does not own, lease, operate, crew or control any aircraft.
FlyTaq is not an air carrier, is not an indirect air carrier, and does not hold an Air Operator Certificate. The actual carriage of passengers and cargo is performed by the aircraft operator, who is solely responsible for the operation of the flight under its own operating certificate and the laws and regulations applicable to it.
Any concierge, ground-handling, catering or related services coordinated through FlyTaq are arranged with third-party suppliers on your behalf as your disclosed agent, unless the booking confirmation expressly states otherwise.
Bookings, payment and cancellations
A booking is formed only when FlyTaq issues a written booking confirmation and the applicable amounts (including any platform fee and value-added tax where due) have been received in cleared funds.
Payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment service providers. FlyTaq never stores your full card number or CVV. Where a booking is paid by bank transfer, the booking is contingent on receipt of funds by the stated deadline.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable platform fee. Jet-cost refundability is determined by the operator's cancellation policy disclosed in your confirmation. Certain segments — including positioning legs, handling fees, catering and crew time already committed — are non-refundable once incurred, even if your trip is later cancelled or amended.
If an operator cancels or substitutes an aircraft due to technical, weather or regulatory reasons, FlyTaq will work in good faith to source a comparable replacement; refunds or credits will cascade from the operator in line with the operator's applicable policy and aviation regulations.
Your obligations
You must provide complete and accurate passenger information, including full legal names, nationalities, dates of birth and travel documents, by the deadlines stated in your confirmation. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause denied boarding, re-routing or flight cancellation at your cost.
You warrant that every passenger holds travel documents that are valid for the intended itinerary for the required period, and that the purpose of travel is lawful in the origin, destination and any transit jurisdiction.
You must not attempt to travel to or from a destination subject to trade sanctions, arms embargoes or other legal restrictions that would make the flight unlawful. You must comply with all customs, immigration, security and aviation-safety instructions issued by the operator, crew, airports and authorities.
Intellectual property
The FlyTaq name, logo, wordmark, visual identity, website, mobile applications, proprietary workflows, the Sama AI assistant and all underlying technology are owned by FlyTaq or licensed to it, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, FlyTaq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own private-travel purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, republish or exploit commercially any part of the platform without FlyTaq's prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, crawl, data-mine, index, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform, nor to circumvent any technical measure protecting it.
You must not use the platform to build, train or supply any competing charter marketplace, broker network, pricing engine or machine-learning model. You must not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with the integrity or availability of the platform.
You agree to use FlyTaq only for legitimate private-aviation bookings and not to submit fraudulent, abusive or harassing content through any channel, including the chat and concierge features.
Limitation of liability
Because FlyTaq is a marketplace and not the carrier, claims arising from the operation of a flight — including delay, diversion, baggage, injury or death — are the responsibility of the operator, subject to the applicable air-carriage conventions (such as the Montreal Convention, where relevant) and the operator's conditions of carriage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyTaq's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform or a specific booking shall not exceed the platform fee paid by you to FlyTaq for the booking to which the claim relates.
FlyTaq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FlyTaq, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
FlyTaq reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with FlyTaq's defence of such claim.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms — including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the time of submission.
The seat of arbitration shall be Riyadh. The tribunal shall consist of one or three arbitrators, as determined under the SCCA Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English, with Arabic translations provided where required by law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court.
Changes to these terms
FlyTaq may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our services, regulatory requirements or commercial arrangements. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a visible last-updated date.
Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
